Cycling over 1000kms in seven days is no mean feat – it’s a challenge and as a 2013 SuperCyclist we want to help you reach a good level of fitness prior to the Rabobank SuperCycle 2013 event.
As such, we have scheduled numerous Training Rides which all riders (7-Day & 1-Day) are invited and encouraged to attend. From session to session we increase the length of the ride to help build fitness. Our training rides are good fun and are a fantastic opportunity to get to know the rest of the team!
The training rides will commence on Sunday the 21st of October and will be on the third Sunday of each month until February, at which point they will be fortnightly. All rides will be departing from Cibo, 156 King William Rd, Hyde Park at 7.30am.

Please note – to participate in the training rides you must have registered as either a 7-Day Rider or 1-Day Rider.
